Another former child star has passed away on Saturday at the age of 64. This happened just as the character she played in ’60s TV shows has seen a remarkable revival thanks to Jenna Ortega’s portrayal on the hit series “Wednesday.” Laurie Jacobson, a close friend, posted the news of Loring’s death on Sunday via Facebook. Jacobson said, “It is with great sorrow that I report on the death of our friend Lisa Loring. She suffered a massive stroke four days ago due to high blood pressure and smoking. She was on life support for three days. Yesterday, her family made the difficult choice to end her life support. She is a part of pop culture’s tapestry and is known as Wednesday Addams. “
” She continued, “Beautiful and kind, a loving mother.” “Lisa’s legacy is immense in the entertainment industry. Her legacy for her family, friends, and loved ones — a wealth and humor, affection, and love that will be cherished forever. RIP, Lisa. You were so much fun, Lisa. “
