Lhp : Laser Haemorrhoidopexy
It’s a novel technique innovated by Dr Ashwin Porwal for Haemorrhoids of all grades especially grade 3 & grade 4 Haemorrhoids
Step 1 : Put the Anoscope inside under good vision
Mucopexy by 3-0 Coated Vicryl at 2cm above the apex of Haemorrhoids and again at 1cm above the apex of Haemorrhoids
Step : Use 1470nm Wavelength Diode laser. Ablate the Haemorrhoids with bare tip fibre by keeping the settings at 12W till the blanching is visible. Try to achieve a good puckering effect all around the Haemorrhoids.
Make sure the bare tip fibre does not touches the Haemorrhoids. Keep the fibre 1cm away from the point of ablation.
Step 1 and Step 2 to be followed wherever the Haemorrhoids are Present
One can see 70-80% shrinkage of the Haemorrhoids on table.
