There is not single laser that treats all skin problems.There are lasers for scar treatment, there are laser for hair removal and there are lasers for tattoo removal. Lasers are not used on children. If laser are not used properly there can be burning and loss of pigmentation.There is no evidence that lasers cause cancer.
